Who is tired of signing up for free online fitness websites that don't actually provide you with any workouts, useful recipes, etc? I'm guessing that it's not just me. We are looking for useful workouts, based on our current fitness level, fitness goals, time commitments, and a variety of other factors. This is where it all happens!
So let's get started - first you need to answer a very important question - WHY do you want to work out? There are so many reasons, you have to discover what yours is first in order to stick to anything. Do you want to lose weight? WHY? Are you attending a special event like a wedding? Do you just want to feel healthier? WHY? So you can play with your kids for longer? Do you want to run a marathon? WHY?
It may seem like an easy question to answer, but if you don't really get down to it, you will be creating a goal that is too difficult to stick to. So for today, just answer this question for yourself - AND WRITE IT DOWN. You want to be able to see it everyday - it doesn't have to be public, just somewhere that you can see it - to remind yourself WHY you are doing what you do.
